Sales and maintenance terms

本公司所出售的雪櫃保養期為12個月零件需另外收費，其餘條款跟發票單註明。

The warranty period of refrigerators sold by our company is 12 months. Parts are charged separately, and the remaining terms must be noted on the invoice.
其它電器設備保用期跟品牌供應商或發票單註明。

The warranty period of other electrical equipment should be indicated with the brand supplier or invoice.
所有貨品不設退款﹐如有錯漏或破損請於收貨日起三天內連同有效發票到本公司作更換﹐逾期將不獲受理；

There is no refund for all goods. If there is any error, omission or damage, please send it to our company with a valid invoice within three days from the date of receipt for replacement. Overdue will not be accepted;
所有貨品一經修改、裝配、安裝及不適當使用而導致之損毀﹐一概恕不退換；

Once the goods have been modified, repaired, installed and damaged due to improper use, they will not be returned or exchanged.
換貨時﹐需出示正式發票﹐如所換的貨品的金額低於原本貨品的金額﹐差額恕不退還；

The invoice must be presented when exchanging goods, if there is a price difference, the difference will not be refunded;
送貨及保養之產品﹐離島、機場、馬灣、愉景灣、及所有邊境禁區範圍等﹐需另行收費，所有貨品平路送貨，不包上落樓梯；

The transportation and maintenance of products in Outlying Islands, the airport, Mawan, Discovery Bay and all restricted areas will be charged separately. All goods are driven by flatbed trucks, excluding loading and unloading;
貨到後須由買方自行即時檢收有關貨品並須清繳全部有關貨款及簽收作實，簽收後一切損毁及意外均與本公司無關。

After the goods arrive, the buyer must immediately check and receive the relevant goods by himself and must pay all the relevant payment and sign for confirmation.All damages and accidents after the receipt have nothing to do with our company.
所有訂造或訂購之貨品﹐需於一個月內取貨或送貨﹐逾期訂金作廢﹐並不作另外通知；

All custom-made or ordered goods must be picked up or delivered within one month. Overdue deposits will be void and no separate notice will be given;
此發票貨款未付清或支票未過戶前﹐上列貨品之擁有權仍屬本公司所有；

Before the payment for this invoice is paid or the check is not transferred, the ownership of the above-mentioned goods still belongs to the company;
本公司有權保留上述條款而不作另行通知。如有任何爭議﹐本公司保留最終決定權。

The company reserves the right to retain the above terms without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
